Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of GlobalReg, provided by Medicexum Ltd. Last updated 28 April 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GlobalReg (the "Service"), provided by Medicexum Ltd ("Medicexum", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GlobalReg is a pharmaceutical regulatory intelligence platform providing country profiles, comparison tools, regulatory updates, and an AI assistant for licensed and unlicensed medicine pathways. The Service is provided for informational purposes; it does not constitute legal, regulatory, medical, or professional advice.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and, if using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to facilitate fraud, spam, or abuse; (b) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; (c) attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of the Service, including by introducing malware, probing, scanning, or scraping; (d) reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service except as permitted; or (e) circumvent technical limits or usage caps.

4. Intellectual property

Medicexum retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, content, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms and your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

5. Subscriptions, payments and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time from your account. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete account data after a reasonable export window.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where excluded by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Medicexum against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
