Medicexum Ltd offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid GlobalReg subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the original order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@globalreg.app and we will assist with your request.
Cancellations and renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. On cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Renewals after the 14-day money-back window are non-refundable except where required by law.
